Wealth God – Kuan Kong September 30, 2007
Posted by Vedis in : Fun Stuff , comments closedThis is Kuan Kong – Wealth God. According to Feng Shui, he can bring us wealth…;D
For me, I placed him facing the front door to safeguard our house. He looks so powerful that I think devils do not dare to sneak into our house. I even have a small Kuan Kong in my bedroom.
Ooopss…I have got to stop blogging for a while as hubby shouted from his bedroom that I may have forgotten to turn off one of the shower faucets tightly. He heard water dripping and he found it annoying.
Not Going To Sell Off Our Home Yet September 30, 2007
Posted by Vedis in : Real Estate , comments closedHubby’s decision to be his buddy’s business partner has brought us relief as we will have more money to pay off our credit cards. I hope that they will come to details soon and hubby can start his work as soon as possible. What about his seminar business ? Well, do it part time…;D
Working in Ipoh means that hubby will have to go back to stay in our house in Ipoh. Initially, we thought of selling off our home in Ipoh. Now, I think we may have to abandon the plan of selling the house.
Oh..no… that means I have to fork out some time to clean the house for him and get him one of those modern platform beds that he came across some time back.

Posted by Vedis in : Credit Cards, Loans , comments closedI was at ClearDebtSolution.com a few months ago and tried to answer some questions posted there. You may test yourself to see if you are in serious financial troubles.
1. Are your monthly expenses exceeding your earned income?
2. Are you using your credit cards to get by so you can afford to live?
3. Are you considering Bankruptcy as an option?
4. Are your credit cards reaching the limit?
5. Are you receiving collection letters or phone calls from creditors?
6. Have you used all of your available resources to keep up with payments?
7. Are your minimum payments becoming a struggle?
8. Has a recent event caused you to go into default?
All my answers were ‘Yes’ at that time. If your answers are mostly- “Yes” – then, you are like me …;D loaded with credit credit debts or loans.
We used to think that we may have to opt for bankruptcy. Fortunately, after doing much research and getting the help of Debt Relief program online, we found that there are options that we could consider to avoid bankruptcy.
So far, we have tried balance transfers and personal loans to help lower monthly payments. We manage to pay off some of our credit card debts. Credit Card Consolidation will only be our last resort should we fail to keep up with our payments again.
For your information, credit card consolidation can reduce total debt between 40 and 60%, and will help you become debt free in less than 36 months.
Withdraw Money From PayPal Using Credit Cards Or Debit Cards September 29, 2007
Posted by Vedis in : Paypal Issue , comments closedJust found out from Lilian that Malaysians can withdraw money from PayPal using credit cards or debit cards.
Lilian heard it from Wayne Liew that Malaysians’ PayPal Dream Comes True. And Wayne Liew heard it from Sweet Surrender Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version. Phew…please mention that you heard from me…;D
Great news if we can withdraw money from PayPal to our credit cards or debit cards. I would very much love to withdraw money to my Citibank card, but the amount is less than $50. I want to wait until I have $200. For each transaction, we will be charged $5 by PayPal.
So far, no one has used Public Bank debit card to withdraw money from PayPal. Please try and then tell us how it goes…;D It will be great if we can use Public Bank debit card.
Wait For Linksys Router Before Hubby Can Get Connected To The Internet World September 26, 2007
Posted by Vedis in : Internet , comments closedI am using my new PC now while the old PC has yet to be installed. According to my buddy, he needs to order a set of wireless Linksys Router. It is going to take a few days, therefore my hubby and I continue fighting for the new PC.
Of course, my hubby is very sweet and considerate…;D Whenever I have pending tasks to be completed, he will let me have the computer until I complete all the pending tasks. So far, I am very satisfied with my new PC.
