Be Money Smart – Curb Spending Habit During Holiday

To make sure that my hubby and I don’t run out of money during our holiday, we have to be money smart.

The main step is to curb our spending habit. We don’t want to see a whopping amount on our credit card bill at the end of the month, so we try not to charge everything to the card.

During our trip in Kuala Lumpur last week, we only charged the hotel accommodation to our credit card. We wanted to save the card for something really worthwhile or emergency use. Before our trip, we did put aside some money for food, shopping and petrol.

When we see how much we have in hand, we will definitely be more prudent in how we spend our money.
