My PayPal Funds Is Late Again

I can’t believe this happens again! This is the second time my PayPal funds has not arrived in my debit card within 7 days. It’s been more than 12 days already.

I can only make a report to PayPal after 14 days. The first time my PayPal funds was delayed until it arrived after 38 days!
