While chatting with him this evening, he told me that a third party credit card debt collection agency came to his house this morning to collect credit card payment on behalf of a bank.
I understand how he feels now. I have been there before. When a third party debt agency came to my house to collect a credit card payment without giving me a call at all, I was so pissed off and helpless.
