Dissatisfied With Ipoh RHB Customer Executives’ Customer Care Service January 10, 2009

Talking about home loans with some buddies, it seems that they are quite satisfied with their banks. I am satisfied with the RHB home loan staff.

But, I am not quite satisfied with certain RHB staff based in Ipoh main office. They are front line customer executives who are handling phone calls and customer inquiries.

I remember asking them for my latest home loan statement a few months ago after purchasing a Bluetooth headset nearby.

All I wanted was a copy of my latest home loan statement. I was even ready to pay for the copy of home loan statement. Guess what? They wanted me to write in and they would print it out after they received the letter.

I never expected they would say such thing because I used to get my home loan statement from there before. I said I needed it on that day and hoped they gave me a copy. They refused.

I was so furious and stormed out of the bank. My only regret is that I didn’t ask the female customer executive’s name.

But of course, I recognize her face. Once you are in RHB Ipoh main office, look left. There are two desks for customer executives.

The first desk is the female customer executive’s desk. I will never forget her orange lipstick color!
