I should get back to doing workout on my fitness equipment after stopping half way two hours ago.

You see, I was doing my workout when a blogging pal beeped me. It’s kind of an important matter that I had to attend to before I could go on with my workout.

You won’t be interested to know what the important thing is. ;-)

Now that I have finished the important matter, I should finish my workout and have my lunch before I take a shower.

Oops, too busy to have my first shower this morning!

Too much, too soon. Many new exercisers try to lose weight or tone up too quickly, by exercising too frequently on their fitness equipment or trying exercise programs that are too difficult for their fitness level.
